I absolutely love Sublime Pilates classes! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to tailor each session to my individual needs. Through these classes, I’ve gained a much better understanding of my body, including the reasons behind occasional pain flare-ups and, more importantly, what to do when they happen. At nearly 71, I was declining physically, with a recent knee injury as well as my old neurological condition. But after a year at Sublime Pilates, I feel far more capable, very confident of my strength and balance. Our teacher Tahmour has a full knowledge of anatomy and how all the large and small muscles can support each other when used properly. She gives us close attention and loves to press us toward our best, but she works sympathetically with any limitations or sensitivities. She is also lots of fun. We always feel great after our weekly class. I love Pilates! SC
