Our Pilates Classes
Studio Classes
Are a personalised class, tailored to you. All instructors have a Diploma in Pilates.
We offer these as a Private, (1:1), Duo Private (1:2) or Semi Private (1:3)
Semi private sessions are our most popular. A class where you join two other students with high levels of attention to each participant.
All Studio classes are based your Initial Assessment. Sessions are tailored to you on the day.
These are eligible for Private Health Rebates.
Mat Classes
Group classes. That run on a term block in Studio 2. These are general classes, where everyone is doing the same class.
Teachers give modifications so you can tailor the
class to your level.
We offer 3 types of mat classes:
Mature Mat ters for older bodies.
Contemporary Flow is a general & strong class.
Strength & Release is a class that repeats & builds on the same sequence for a term.
You do not need an Assessment to join these classes.
Initial Assessment
We spend an hour and a half to intensely observe your body mechanics.
We assess how you move, define
areas you want to focus on and discuss options for how to achieve your goals.
Our Mat Classes fill up.
Once they are full they no longer appear on the Booking Page, but you can see what we offer on this link to our timetable.
